| GENERAL CONDITIONS |
- For bookings less than a week, 1 nights
deposit is required.
- For bookings more than a week, 1 weeks deposit is required.
- For xmas/new year bookings see conditions below.
- All rates include a hot buffet breakfast and all rooms
are serviced weekly.
DINNER:
$20 nightly OR $10 for children under 12 yrs old
OTHER: Rollaway bed $30 per day
- Pets are allowed at the property, provided they are domesticated and under 20kg. A charge of $15.00 per pet, per night (balcony rooms only) applies and must be paid in advance of arrival. Pets must be on a lead in all public areas of the hotel, lobby, hallways and surrounds. We would recommend cats to be brought in and out of the hotel in a cat carry box. Pets may not enter our restaurant. Pets are not to be left alone in the guest rooms and are to refrain from sitting on the couches, chairs, etc within the lounge areas of the hotel.

CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR CONDITIONS
|
The Christmas and New Year period is surcharged – see rates and dates above.
- A
deposit of 50% is required for a Christmas / New Year
booking.
- If
a booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival a one
night cancellation fee applies. If cancelled after that date the
deposit is not refundable.
- Minimum stay over Christmas/New Year is 5 days
- If
you require rates beyond these dates please contact
us.

CANCELLATIONS
|
If you wish to cancel your booking, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:
- When a booking is cancelled more than 3 days prior to check in date a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.
- When a booking is cancelled 3 days prior to check in date or less, or if you fail to arrive at the hotel, the original deposit is non refundable.
- If after arrival a guest chooses to check out early for whatever
reason, the amount to be returned if any is at the discretion of the management. We recommend appropriate travel insurance protection.

Special 'Lastminute' sale conditions. If you cancel or amend the booking, 100% cancellation or amendment fee of the total booking amount applies.

When you contact us, we require 2 (TWO) of the following, so that we may efficiently process your request and reply to you:
- Your BOOKING ID
- Email Address used in the booking
- Name and Surname used in the booking
A cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.
